We are an office-less practice offering specialized care for Acute, Post-Acute and Wound care patients.
MedConsultants has been in operation since 2016; however our founding team of providers have been serving the community since 2004.
MedConsultants is run by a team of physician leaders and seasoned business executives committed to enabling the best experience and delivering the best outcome to its patients, partners and providers.
Our physician and nurse practitioners work collaboratively to deliver personalized care to our patients at Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities (Rehab Centers), Long-term Care Facilities or Assisted Living Facilities.
We provide comprehensive care including weekday visits, weekend rounds and 24x7x365 support and coverage. Our calls are answered by a provider 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
